What is Parent Therapy?
Never heard of this…you are not alone.
Parenting requires no degree or training, and yet you are doing one of the most challenging “jobs.”
Parent therapy is a supportive, therapeutic space where parents learn tools, gain clarity, and work through the stress, emotions, and challenges that come with raising a child—especially one with unique needs-while also taking care of their own emotional wellbeing.
It’s not about “fixing” the parent.
It’s about giving them what they need so the whole family can function better.

About
With a PhD in Education, Master’s Degrees in Professional Counseling and Elementary Education, I combine my academic knowledge of psychology, education, and practical experience to support clients in identifying intricate emotional and psychological challenges across various contexts, such as school, home, and work.
I became a therapist because I witnessed parents exhausted by the fragmented advice and conflicting opinions of professionals. I believed that parents need coordinated educational and mental health guidance that fits their family life.
Now, I focus on practical advocacy plus mental‑health support — not legal fights or one‑off therapy. My approach combines understanding with practical step‑by‑step implementation plans and coaching that reduces parental burnout.
Why this works today: Parents crave a trusted, human guide who speaks both educational policy and emotional care.
